I made a chocolate dipped fruit platter for a baby shower. The couple, Frances and Jason will be expecting their baby girl (Jasmine Bautista) in March 2010.
The platter included:
white chocolate dipped bananas, drizzled in dark chocolate and sprinkled with graham crackers
white and dark chocolate dipped blackberries
dark chocolate dipped strawberries
Pink Chocolate Cigars and Teddy Bears were also done that day. I packaged the cigars and teddy bears individually in clear bags. Ingredients included rice krispies and almonds with pink colored white chocolate.
