Nurse May's Chocolate Remedies!

When May graduated from nursing school in 2007 we celebrated with chocolate! We made chocolate nurse bars and nurse tools in white and milk chocolate.  We packaged them to look like a prescription.  The label  says "take several bites of chocolate by mouth multiple times a day as needed with or without cold milk". This was a hit! Labels were made by Juligie Santos. 

Happy 18th Birthday Coconut Chocolate Truffles

My cousin Jennifer had an 18th birthday party and I made her coconut chocolate truffles.  The truffles were boxed and given to her guests at her birthday party.

Something like this could be done to display for your guest upon entering your home.  It's perfect for this month's occasion....VALENTINE'S DAY!!!! What's included is cinnamon red hots, conversation hearts, pink hot chocolate packages, heart gummies, and candy rings with dipping powder.  Love this month because of the colors and also because it's bday month for me:) Someone once told me to celebrate every occasion big or small and I'm doing just that! 9 more days until Valentine's Day, have you told your sweetie that you love them...regardless of who it is hubby, wifey, friend, sister, brother, mom or dad....tell them!

It's a Girl Chocolate Dipped Fruit

I made a chocolate dipped fruit platter for a baby shower.  The couple, Frances and Jason will be expecting their baby girl (Jasmine Bautista) in March 2010. 

The platter included:

• 
  
   white chocolate dipped bananas, drizzled in dark chocolate and sprinkled with graham crackers  
• 
  
  white and dark chocolate dipped blackberries
• 
  
  dark chocolate dipped strawberries

Pink Chocolate Cigars and Teddy Bears were also done that day.  I packaged the cigars and teddy bears individually in clear bags.  Ingredients included rice krispies and almonds with pink colored white chocolate.  You can find similar pictures of these two done for a previous baby shower in my eariler postings under Baby Luau Shower.
